We are looking for a Migration Manager with expertise in Visma HR-plus 8 for one of our fantastic customers in Stockholm.

 

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Customer implements a digital transformation within HR and Payroll. Previously outsourced services have been brought home to our newly established HR Shared Service Center Salary and new systems and working methods are being introduced. We have recently gone live with our system for non-conformance reporting, travel & expense accounting and payroll management (Visma HR-plus 8).

 

Content and scope of the assignment:

Payroll which is one of the sub-projects in this transformation aims to implement a new payroll solution according to best practice with good support for logic and automation to end users and to the HR Shared Service Center Payroll responsible for future delivery.

 

To achieve this, the project must implement:

- New working methods for HR SSC Salary as well as managers and employees.

- New system support for travel and expenses, deviation reporting and salary, the functions are provided by one system; Visma HR plus-8.

- Integrations between the solutions above and a number of other systems within Postnord

 

The commissioning of the solution is divided into three commissioning groups. We have completed commissioning one and have commissioning two and three ahead of us and are now looking for a migration manager from the old to the new payroll system, Visma HR plus-8.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Run and implement the migration process during deployments

  • Duties include the following:

  • Participate in project meetings

  • Driving and implementation in the migration process

  • Contribute to the documentation of new working methods and processes and come up with recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the RPA team (robotics) and deliver payroll statistics and schedule files from the old payroll solution to RPA.

  • Sample files from the RPA team to verify accuracy

  • Be a backup if Visma finds errors in files and know what to correct and check.

Check data in case of insufficient data quality between SAP SuccessFactors and Visma HR-plus 8.


Requirements specification:

  • Good ability to navigate complex, large organizations with many stakeholders

  • Good cooperation skills by being responsive and communicating in a constructive way

  • Experience of previous deployments of payroll systems and migration processes

  • Deep knowledge of Excel and CSV and ability to handle large amounts of data

  • The ability to understand data, read data from, for example, Notepad++ and verify formats and values.

  • Be able to deliver files from the RPA team as well as deliver own files to Visma.

  • A good understanding of which information and values ​​will be important for e.g. salary accumulators ("ackers") or that require comparisons and checks.

  • Good understanding of integrations and what is expected of data into Visma HR-plus 8 and being able to search for error sources to correct errors that occur.

  • Knowledge and experience of system management of the payroll system Visma HR plus 8 as well as wages and collective agreements.

  • The understanding of both IT and operational perspectives

  • Experience in participating in tests
