PROJECT:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join the team. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining invoice processing and document management, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and contribute to the design and configuration of SAP VIM solutions, aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.

  • Configure SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Customize SAP VIM functionalities to meet specific business processes and requirements

  • Lead end-to-end SAP VIM implementation projects, ensuring successful project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.

  • Define project milestones, deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

  • Perform regular assessments of SAP VIM systems to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency.

  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure continuous system availability and reliability.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM functionalities.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration documentation.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP VIM with other SAP modules, third-party applications, and external systems.

  • Stay updated on the latest SAP VIM enhancements, patches, and upgrades, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) module.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP VIM implementation and optimization projects.

  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and document capture.

  • Proficiency in SAP VIM configuration, including workflow design, data extraction, OCR integration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

  • Experience with SAP VIM integration with OpenText Extended ECM or other document management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Project management skills, including the ability to lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure project success.
