PMO Specialist - be the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.

TASKS:

  • Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)

  • Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)

  • Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)

  • Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)

  • Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)

  • Risk Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years as a PMO Specialist in medium to large projects, hubs, or programs.

  • Proficient in financial processes, including cost estimations, accruals, and invoice handling.

  • Holds PMI or equivalent PMO/Project Management certification.

  • Experienced with Agile methodologies.

  • Skilled in SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools.

  • Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
