PMO Specialist - be the bridge between Execution Leaders and Project Portfolio Management and a key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains.
TASKS:
Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
Risk Management
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years as a PMO Specialist in medium to large projects, hubs, or programs.
Proficient in financial processes, including cost estimations, accruals, and invoice handling.
Holds PMI or equivalent PMO/Project Management certification.
Experienced with Agile methodologies.
Skilled in SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, and PPM tools.
Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
