Project Description:

Join a newly established Scrum team to develop a cutting-edge, cross-border solution for Nordea focusing on the credit risk domain. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive system for managing credit risk that leverages technologies including DataStage, IBM MDM, and Java. The solution will utilize pre-populated publicly known data to minimize manual efforts, enhance data quality, and serve as the golden source for credit processes, limit allocation, internal and external reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Integration:

  • Design, develop, and implement components using DataStage, IBM MDM, and Java.

  • Optimize data integration processes to improve efficiency and data quality.

  • Ensure the system effectively serves as the authoritative source for credit risk management.

• Scrum Team Participation:

  • Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies and adhere to Agile principles.

  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to iterative development and continuous improvement.

• System Utilization:

  • Integrate and leverage pre-populated data to reduce manual effort and enhance system functionality.

  • Support the system’s use in credit processes, limit allocation, reporting, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience as a DataStage developer.

  • Proficiency in SQL or another relevant programming language.

  • Familiarity with IBM MDM and Java is advantageous.

  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) is preferred.

• Agile & Framework Experience:

  • Strong understanding and application of Agile principles and Scrum values.

  • Experience with the SAFe framework is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
