Work mode – occasional visits to the office in Krakow or Gliwice (1 day of onboarding from Gliwice).

Rate – B2B, up to PLN 200/h depending on experience.

Contract type – long-term cooperation for min. 12 months, contract renewed every 3 months.

You will join to the Service Delivery Management team which is responsible for application maintenance and work of checking external delivery teams.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring the overall performance of the application (Tempo system logs, quality control center available from the Ivalua extranet).

  • Monitoring Tempo jobs (e.g., cube/notification sending).

  • Monitoring interfaces with SAP/ECOVADIS/ALTARES/Other connected systems.

  • Resolving bugs reported by BPOs via the Ivalua extranet (focus on Blocker/Major issues).

  • Preparing bi-weekly meetings with BPOs (status on bugs, environment management, alignment).

  • Preparing weekly meetings with OJC/IVALUA (prioritization of topics, coordination of monthly deliveries).

  • Providing occasional support to BPOs (SQL extraction, ETL imports).

  • Validating documentation produced by editors/integrators.

  • Coordinating evolutive maintenance with OJC/IVALUA (new features, modules).

  • Workshop with editors/integrators to identify the technical solution.

  • Request for cost estimation.

  • Implementation and unit tests.

SKILLS:

  • Important to first have technical experience with IVALUA and then the project management and service delivery management .

  • Strong ITIL knowledge, ITIL 3 certification a minimum holiday break from 21st of December till 2nd of January  

  • Need to have experience with managing third party suppliers
