About the role:
We are looking a skilled M365/ Copilot Studio Engineer to enhance our Client’s Internal IT team. This role focuses on promoting the adoption of Microsoft M365 Copilot among our internal business stakeholders while integrating Microsoft GenAI smoothly into existing processes. Following extensive workshops to identify key challenges and use cases, you will be instrumental in introducing selected scenarios into a Proof of Concept (POC) to assess their return on investment (ROI) for future scalability.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and clarify the business needs behind each selected use case for the POC.
Design and implement optimal solutions in Copilot Studio, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
Evaluate financial implications related to implemented solutions.
Monitor and report on resource usage post-implementation.
Collaborate with team members and various internal departments for effective outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of development experience within Microsoft environments.
Proficient in Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure services, Microsoft Dataverse, and the Copilot suite.
Strong enthusiasm for exploring and leveraging new technologies.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Knowledge of additional GenAI solutions such as OpenAI and Gemini.
Experience implementing Copilot Studio through low-code techniques.
