INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to support the transformation of sales processes and technology in the e-commerce sector. This role emphasizes collaboration with sales and IT teams to enhance sales efficiency through advanced CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, focusing on optimizing workflows, driving innovation, and maximizing return on investment for sales technologies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a critical member of the team, you will:
Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable sales solutions.
Optimize existing sales processes to enhance user experience.
Lead the development of a client 360-view in Salesforce.
Utilize data analytics for decision making and process improvements.
Support change management initiatives and training efforts.
Identify areas for automation and advanced technology integration.
Advise senior leadership on sales technology investments.
Implement established governance frameworks for operational excellence.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant.
Strong engagement skills with senior sales leaders regarding process enhancements.
Deep understanding of Salesforce and effective business processes.

Experience with AI and automation technologies in sales.
Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance tracking.
