The Senior Payroll Specialist will be pivotal in enhancing the organization's Polish operations by attracting and retaining top industry talent, ensuring compliance with payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure payroll process compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Calculate and process payroll for 130 employees, reporting to the payroll agency.

  • Verify and reconcile working hours, overtime, and leave records.

  • Manage payroll taxes and social contributions accurately and timely.

  • Stay informed on changes in tax laws and labor regulations.

  • Assist in audits and compliance reporting.

  • Maintain and update personal and payroll records.

  • Handle new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.

  • Provide payroll cost analysis and support budgeting processes.

  • Ensure collaboration with the payroll partner and HR department, providing support to employees.

Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, payroll, or accounting.

  • 5 years of experience in payroll functions.

  • Updated knowledge of tax law and labor regulations.

  • Experience with ZUS, PIT, and PFRON declarations and calculations.

  • Understanding of social funds administration.

  • Knowledge of the termination process.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
