YOUR TASKS:

  • Tracking the schedule and ensuring that all milestones are completed as planned.

  • Coordinating activities across work streams.

  • Verifying that activities are aligned with program objectives.

  • Identifying potential risks and issues that impact program execution.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders

  • Managing documentation and PMO tools

  • Using JIRA to track tasks, tickets, and work progress.

  • Ensuring transparency and accessibility of information for teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in the banking industry.

  • Experience with working with the business manager on financials.

  • Experience in preparing decks, reports.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Ability to track progress, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.

  • Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills to support stakeholder engagement and reporting.

  • Experience in the banking industry.
