RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with the entire modern workplace team.
- Maintaining Configuration and Security Policies in InTune
- Maintaining security baselines.
- Maintaining AppLocker and WDAC rules.
- Remediate vulnerabilities found in the reports.
- Troubleshoot various problems with Windows 10 operating system.
- Develop automation tools using Powershell.
- Managing tasks in SCCM.
- Using Defender ATP for vulnerability management.
- Administration of Microsoft Office 365 services, incl. Teams, OneDrive
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with managing Windows 7/10 environments
- You need to know and have experience with some of the below technologies:
- Desktop management at Enterprise level - Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Defender, ATP, Windows update for Business, AppLocker, Exploit Guard, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, Software Package distribution
- At least basic knowledge about DNS/DHCP/AD
- At least basic knowledge about networking (TCP/IP)
Nice to have:
- Deep troubleshooting skills 2nd level desktop support
- Working in Support Team responsible for IT Technology would be an asset
